Your website stated that the total fee for a multiple tourist evisa is USD99. When I applied online, I was charged USD129 instead. Why is that?

I made application No: 20230811477354 for a visa for myself and my husband to visit Egypt in June. My application was accepted but my husband was declined, I have checked over the application form and although I thought I had it all correct I see that his middle name is missing. Can you please advise me what I can do to rectify this, we are doing a cruise to Luxor and are booked for a day trip to visit The Valley of the Kings. I would really appreciate your help.
