H.E - Salaam ali kum, My family and i (4 passengers) inshallah are scheduled to arrive at Terminal 3 Cairo airport by flight MS969 FROM mumbai international airport to cairo intl airport (terminal 3). this flight lands in Cairo at 06:10 am in the morning. We have another first connecting flight no MS 995 FROM CAIRO intl airport terminal 3 to Toronto Pearson intl airport. this flight departs from Cairo @ 02:50 early morning the next day. In effect we have a long stopover in Cairo of 20 hours 40 minutes. In view of the above can you kindly guide me on the following in view of our long stayover in Cairo: a) Does my family and I need to apply and take from india a single entry visitor e Visa for Egypt as we would like to visit the mosque and offer prayers and also do ziyaraat of Imam Hussain AS during this 20 hour transit. b) Or normally is the airlines (in this case egypt air) arrange the trainsit entry visa for cairo/egypt at the cairo airport c) Any other point which you would like to inform. Do we need a visa to take before hand from india before we fly or would we be given a visa to enter egypt at the airport as we have a long transit stay of 20 hours?
I want to know that if I have to catch a domestic flight to Luxor within 2 hours of landing in Cairo from India , do I still need a guarantee of Local agent. I have booked the travel on my own

Dear sir/madam, This is janardhan Indian citizen planning to travel from Mumbai, India (flight EgyptAir MS969) to Manchester, UK ( flight EgyptAir MS781) through Cairo Airport with a layover of 4 hours by Egyptian airlines entire journey but change flight at Cairo by the same Egyptian airlines. Dear Sir / Madam, I am a Student travelling from Mumbai to Toronto on a Student VISA for higher studies in Canada. My travel journey from Mumbai to Toronto is via Cairo by Egypt Airlines with a layover of 23 hrs at CAIRO and then via Warsaw by LOT Airlines with a layover of 6 hrs at Warsaw.
